As discussed previously your Board is intending to approve expenditures in 2015 that will start us down the path toward a multi-year revitalization program for our physical assets such as roofs, stucco, wood structures, electrical and ( after the new water tower construction), roads.
Committees (Architectural, Maintenance, and Financial) continue to discuss several details but our current plans will likely include up to 30% reroofing plus 30% stucco (repair and painting) during the present year. It is intended that all contractors on site will be appropriately licensed and bonded.
Project expenditures will, of course, be tempered by our requirement to always maintain our year end Reserve Fund well above our minimum acceptable level.
As cost estimates are received and contracts awarded regular financial status will be posted and reviewed at future Board meetings. Stay tuned
